Well, then you misunderstood it. It is not login form. It is asking for name and email address of the guest user to send notifications. -

I suggest updating Joomla version as it has some bugs with URL routing. To understand what is happening after quiz submission, please let me know your quiz url. -

No, I tested it on 3.8.4 and now 3.8.5. I cannot reproduce the issue. btw.. I updated the component on demo site with Joomla 3.8.5. Please check it.
