There is no other option to disable this except removing it from code. But if it is not working, it could be either the code is modified or you have template overrides. Can... -

Unfortunately, the activity does not have any restriction as the permissions are calculated on the fly based on logged in user. Activity description is a plain text and does... -

Found what is the issue. You are using one time unique url (which has key=6yTxUq1bTaYtTbAz) instead of global survey url. The one time url is just for one... -

Go to administrator control panel and you can see the last 5 logged in users in a module. You can force logout them.
