The issue is "Community Quiz - Quizzes" plugin is not enabled. Enable it and configure the points and email etc settings in it. -

The issue is the date value in the completed field. The completed data should not be same as the created date. If you have manually updated this field, execute below... -

There is no redirection in place for topics which are not authorized by the users. I will add the redirection in next release. -
