Did you change anything in your fitbit application? You can disconnect the affected user from backend users page to allow them to reconnect. -

I do not see "form-control" class applied on textarea field. Are you using default layout or bootstrap3 layout? If it is default, you need to edit appropriate layout... -

4. I have not tested it on that version however, it should work just fine unless they removed some table columns (which I don't think so). CjForum just read the table columns...
