I fixed the warning messages. The issue with the fatal error could be because of temporary database error. Will do further testing on it. -

The issue is caused by pdf file generation. You have enabled "Send PDF Report" option but the tcpdf library is failing to generate the pdf file as it cannot access the image... -

Usually, new topics are shown at the top of the list when you are viewing recent topics. However, agree with your point that there should be some indicator of the new topic....
