It is little tricky, Your main menu and toolbar are having same z-index. So if we adjust the toolbar z-index, your main menu will go under toolbar. But will fix issue with... -

The issue is caused by View permission. Your guest users do not have this permission. In old version, this is not checked but in new version view permission is mandatory to... -

There may be some issue while creating tables during installation. Try installing the package again which will create them. -

There is no change done to filter only the latest topic. I guess it is the cache issue. Usually guest users gets the cached page where as registered will get the latest one. -

That's the only place which can cause that URL shown on frontend - provided you gave access to editor to guests. There is no other page/plugin exposes that url as it is admin... -
