Is this a new setup? Try this. Go to Components -> Community Quiz -> Click on Options button on toolbar -> Save it. -

Your total marks are 20 but you set cutoff to 50. Its the number of marks, not the percentage. -

Yes, you need to enable View Results permission in the component permission settings.
