The issue is caused by "JS Support Ticket Icon" system plugin. It adds the js code in every ajax call and causing the script to fail. -

This looks to be a bug. The permission is over-restrictive and shows the comments only if you have commenting access. I will fix this bug. -

Go to Components -> Community Answers -> Options -> Editing Options -> Disable "Show Publishing Options" option. -

This is expected. localhost does not have any ip address and hence the error. For GPX Tracks module: Try to enter "Tracks count" option to higher value. -
