No, its under Basic Options tab. Looks like you have disabled it. Go to the component options and enable "Show Survey Options" under Editing Layout tab. -

The only option I can see is manually update the survey key in xxx_survey_surveys table. You can use global survey url in the invite page which can be used multiple times....
