Strange object whirring away on surveys pages

Looks like your video link is missing. If you are trying to attach video file, it is not possible because of server restrictions. Kindly post a link of youtube video or from your server.

Are you using any chat application that submits the form every second?

Hi we use arrowchat.

We don't have this issue with other components, only the surveys component.

Survey users the HTML form with the name "surveyForm". Your chat application may be submitting this form and hence the issue. Please disable your chat application on the survey pages.

We need to have both working at the same time. 

I just noticed when trying to  create surveys in the back end it still whirring away but this time the error message appears: 

Missing required fields.| RC=1

Does this mean anything?

If there is no other option to get these working at the same time then how do we stop our chat loading on surveys page? Although not happy we have to do this

I added a workaround in v5.4.3. Please update it and check if it fix the issue.

Hi Maverick,

apologies but there is a similar issue now adding more than 2 conditions to a field. It throws this error: 

Missing required fields.| RC=3

I deleted a 3rd condition in a field because I accidently duplicated it, now it wont let me add save new conditions
