Good evening

I have installed the component on my joomla 3.5.1 site and it throws an error in the back end with no error message when i switch error reporting on

I have tried it on another site and when i try to go into the component with error reporting set to max I get

Fatal error: Class 'CjScript' not found in /home/mysite/public_html/administrator/components/com_communitysurveys/controller.php on line 41

Turning reporting off throws this error in google chrome
