Could you add nested categories feature? And please move permission and points system settings to category settings.

I want to this features because normally admins create polls on my site and points for polls/points for voting features is active. If i give users the green light to create polls, they'll create unlimited polls and other users will be able to earn points by voting them. There'll be a rapid point increasing. I want to enable "points for voting" feature for polls that created by admins. Also i'll create "User Polls" category and it'll be need different permission settings for creating, voting etc...
