I installed jQuery plugin firstly. Then, installed Community Answers. It didn't give any error. I went to admin panel and it gived this error:

403 - An error occured

Access Forbidden. Error code: 10001

I checked database and there wasn't required CA tables. I installed database file manually but this didn't solve the problem.
