There is no limit on the number of characters

 Disabling the server is a joke. But the browser reports that there is not enough memory when I published half of the book. Limiting the number of characters in my opinion is necessary. The answers community is not intended for publishing articles, but for communication. And when communicating, megabytes of content are not used. Limiting the number of characters will prevent bullying.

Some users do not know how to present the material. They don't know how to write in their own words. Insert other people's articles as a response. These users should be restricted. And the scoring system encourages writing. The uneducated must learn to write in their own words. Wonderful Community Answers will help such people learn to write.

In my opinion, you cannot stop users from copy-pasting content unless you enforce some user-unfriendly practice of disabling keys. Encourage users to write better answers by giving more points to likes/dislikes instead of posting answers itself.

I'm determined to do as you say. Encourage self-writing and reward. But for the sake of the well-being of some community members, impose some restrictions on others. The user who asked the question should get a good answer in their own words, and not someone else's article that you need to spend a lot of time reading. Long texts are not widely read on social networks. If it is difficult for you to make such a function, then I will not insist. Let everything remain as it is.

If you are using JCE editor you can show a soft warning when a predefined number of words entered. Edit your JCE profile, Go to Editor Parameter -> Adavanced and enter Word Count Limit and enable Word Count Alert.
