Letter mismatch

Failure again. The letters do not match. Maybe the problem is somewhere with the encoding?

This is the first letter of the user who last replied to that question. It is not the question author name.

You speak correctly. That's what I wrote. Apparently the translator is not translating correctly. This is the letter of the one who answered. And it is not displayed correctly. Letter A. I don't see any problems with other letters.

Can you try below code fix?

edit components/com_communityanswers/layouts/YOURLAYOUT/question_list.php and find below code at line 236

<strong class="fa-stack-1x reply-icon-text"><?php echo strtoupper(StringHelper::substr(trim($item->reply_author), 0, 1));?></strong>

change it to

<strong class="fa-stack-1x reply-icon-text"><?php echo StringHelper::strtoupper(StringHelper::substr(trim($item->reply_author), 0, 1));?></strong>
