I'd like to know if it's possible to hide subcategories from view the same as you would a category with no parent. I have numerous user groups that need to see specific folders and would like to keep this organized by using subcategories. I'll describe what I'm setting up.

I have a usergroup that has a parent usergroup with three child usergroups. The parent user has access to the main category and it's three subcategories. I'd like the child usergroups to see the main category and the subcategory they have view access on but not the other two categories. I've tested the permission every way I can think of and they are still visible.

If this is not me simply misconfiguring something would it be possible to add this as a feature?
