Your template should provide override css file. if not you can add it in media/com_communitysurveys/css/cj.surveys.min.css -

This used to be working fine below, not sure if something changed in cb api. the xml file in the package has below element, which can be deleted to get it work... -

I got it. The preview does not load all scripts. I will fix this in next release. For now as a workaround, please take the survey and check the output. -
