    I expect the mail to disappear from the queue when they are processed.Will they stay in the queue? Why the error message then?

    Use the delete button of the rule to delete the rules. Clear button only clears the form.

    Do not use download id for this. Use full cron URL that is shown in your CjLib component dashboard page.

    Please configure your cronjob, the notifications are sent with manual cron if you don't set up automatic cron.
