No permission needed. Check: 1. If you have excluded any user groups in Components->CjBlog->Options->Features tab 2. Have created CjBlog Users Layout menu item -

You don't need to do anything. The advanced search link is automatically displayed on your toolbar. If you want to add cjforum to your Joomla smart search results, enable CjForum Smart Search plugin in your plugin manager. -

The shortest way without modifying too many core files. 1. Add new column in xxx_cjforum_topics to save your field value 2. Create a custom field type for your country list and place it in components/com_cjforum/model/fields folder. see already developed fields for reference. 3. Add your field in form xml file in components/com_cjforum/models/forms/topic.xml 4. Override form template file components/com_cjforum/views/form/tmpl/edit.php to add your new field 5. Override components/com_cjforum/views/topic/tmpl/default.php template file to display your new field -

Maverick thats an important repetition of data. For instance if i have a 10 page survey and the first question of the first page has a radio of 10 choices which activates 10 conditionals we need to add 90 pages reapiting data and 10 differents for the conditional itself just to keep my survey structure and gather the conditional question page in the order that i need. I think that what i need is the chance to enable/disable pages. That would create only 10 pages. Please tellme if im missing something. Thanks for you help. -

I have this same issue. The image for the question is not saving, its showing as a broken link/image. When i review the question in the backend the image is now longer there. Whats the fix? Please help! -

Hi,I have installed CJblog (CJlib first then CJblog Package) and i started to follow the beginner's Guide.But in the control pannel i don't have any Option button in the toolbar.The only things i have is that on the sidebar :Control PanelUsersBadgesBadges RulesBadge ActivityPointsPoints RulesMay the installation is not complete ? I didn't have any error message and i have already checked that the plug-in are activated (i can see the article plug-in).Thank you for your help. -

hi, Maverick I have synchronize the users and the users page of CjBlog's control panel in the backend can show all registered members. Why it still can not show members in the users lists? Is there any permissions I need to set up? Also, is the users lists just show the Authors only ? tim -

Hi, Maverick,How best can I add a mandatory custom field with drop-down to CjForum? I'd like the field to refer to a table from which we could pull a list of country for the user to choose one or more options, using "SELECT `iso`, `country`, `continent_full` FROM `country_info` ORDER BY continent_full, country"I'd also like to make sure the field will be searchable using the Search function.Many thanks again for the help!Best regards -

Go to Components->Community Answers->Options->Permission Settings -> Disallow or inherit permission for Moderate Questions-> Disallow or inherit permission for Moderate Answers -

How do I allow users who ask question to be published automatically? I do not want to monotor their question. -

You don't need that menu item. All user menus are available on toolbar by default. All you need is create quizzes layout menu item to show quizzes on front-end. Or you can create quiz category menu items to customize the urls of your categories. -

Unfortunately that is not for CjForum. CjForum released 5 months before. 2 years ago, there was no API in CB for activity streams, so the feature never went into development. Its the same case now also: https://www.joomlapolis.com/support/tutorials/120-api-usage I can't find a proper way to do such development yet. -

You cannot enable/disable questions on other pages, only pages can be skipped. Create seperate pages for which you need to skip. Can you let me know your website details using contact us form so that I can check the issue? -
